Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (this duration does not include shipping/transit time). Standard shipments will ship via USPS. Please double check and confirm your shipping information before submitting. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please give up to 24 hours after tracking has been received for it to update. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged shipments.

Domestic shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping within the U.S. for orders over $19.99 is free. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

Lost / Missing Package:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

SALES TAX

All orders shipping to a California address are subject to a 9.25% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside California, are not subject to sales tax. All in-store purchases are subject to a 9.25% sales tax fee.

Exchange Policy:

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Soul Heritage. Once the return has been received we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
