Domestic Shipping Policies:
Orders will ship out within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Your order will be shipped with either First Class or Priority Mail. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Please give up to 24 hours after tracking has been received for it to update. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged shipments. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, soulheritage.us cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Processing and Handling Time:
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 3-7 business days for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping (this duration does not include shipping/transit time).
