PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME: 

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow (3-5 business days) for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping (this duration does not include shipping/transit time).

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (this duration does not include shipping/transit time). Standard shipments will ship via USPS. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please give up to 24 hours after tracking has been received for it to update. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged shipments.

Customs taxes and duties:

We are not responsible for any customs fees for duties or taxes. 

International Shipping Policies:

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (this duration does not include shipping/transit time). Standard shipments will ship via USPS. Please double check and confirm your shipping information before submitting. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please give up to 24 hours after tracking has been received for it to update.We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged shipments.

**Free Shipping:

In order for your order to qualify for free shipping your order must exceed $100 excluding tax and shipping charges. Applies to Domestic orders only.

Order Changes:
Please make sure that all information regarding shipping and contact is correct when the order is made. Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments to your information. 
Tracking Information:

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 3-4 business days, please feel free to reach us directly.
